TERMS OF PAYMENT

Prices are based on 2 adults sharing on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday. Payments can be made by Paypal or Bank transfer to either a UK Bank in sterling or an Italian Bank in Euros.

Bookings for 2023 can be secured with a 30% deposit, and the remainder 10 weeks prior to your arrival.

A £300 /300€ cash refundable damage deposit will be taken upon your arrival and returned to you upon your departure if all is in order.

Well behaved dogs are welcome at the Chestnut Barn for an additional fee of €50 per dog per week, payable on arrival, maximum of 2 dogs per stay.. We ask that Dogs be kept off of all soft furnishings and beds throughout their stay.
